You have considerable Grocery experience, working with leading brands and best in class tools, practices and processes. You are comfortable operating at Controller level and are seen as professional, credible and a strategic thinker. You are now looking for a broader role, to gain valuable experience and ultimately progress your career into a Director level position. In this role you will manage a broad agenda from designing new processes and leading people development initiatives to supporting external training and consultancy partners.
As a National Account Controller or Senior NAM you have experience of managing people and developing strategic partnerships with Grocery customers. What stands out is your analytical skills, strong commercial acumen and ability to build collaborative relationships. You have a thirst for learning and a curious approach which drives you to build your knowledge and find innovative solutions.
