In this varied Field Sales Manager role, you will manage and motivate a team of London based Field Sales Executives and an office based Telesales and Customer Service team. You will provide support, coaching and guidance and work with them to develop incremental business with their customers. You will also work with the Senior Management team to ensure that the business has the right structures, processes and systems in place to continue their growth.
This is a diverse role with a varied customer base of Convenience Retail and Foodservice outlets - no two days will be the same. You must have structured FMCG Sales training and considerable field sales management experience. You are a great communicator and able to influence at all levels including business owners and managers. You build strong relationships and are driven by success. This client has a positive working environment, open culture and your experience will make a positive impact.
